1 Β½ cups besan (gram flour)

Β½ cup jaggery powder

2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Besan
Heat coconut oil in a pan, roast besan on low flame until golden and aromatic.
Step 2: Add Sweetness
Stir in jaggery powder and almond milk, mixing quickly.
Step 3: Set
Cook until mixture thickens and leaves the pan sides. Spread in a greased tray.
Step 4: Garnish & Cut
Sprinkle chopped nuts. Once cool, cut into squares.
