1 Β½ cups raw, unsalted cashews

ΒΎ cup jaggery powder or coconut sugar

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp coconut oil

Β½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
Step 1: Powder Cashews
Grind cashews into a fine powder (avoid over-blending to prevent oil release).
Step 2: Make Jaggery Syrup
Heat jaggery with water in a pan until it reaches 1-string consistency.
Step 3: Form Dough
Add cashew powder and cardamom into syrup. Stir continuously until it thickens.
Add coconut oil and knead gently into a dough.
Step 4: Shape
Roll flat between parchment sheets. Cut into diamond shapes.
Decorate with edible silver vark.
