Ingredients

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts)

10–12 dates, pitted and chopped

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp organic jaggery powder

2 tbsp virgin coconut oil

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Edible silver vark (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Nuts
Dry roast mixed nuts for 3–4 minutes. Cool, then grind coarsely.
Step 2: Prepare Date-Jaggery Mix
Blend dates and jaggery in the processor until sticky.
Step 3: Mix & Shape
Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add chia seeds, cardamom, coconut, and coconut oil.
Roll into laddoos.
Step 4: Set & Garnish
Refrigerate 15–20 minutes to firm. Decorate with silver vark if desired.
