Laddoos with Nuts & Dates

Instructions

Step 1: Roast the Nuts

1. Dry roast the mixed nuts in a pan on low heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

2. Allow them to cool and then coarsely grind them using a food processor.

Step 2: Blend the Dates & Jaggery

1. In the same processor, add the chopped dates and jaggery powder.

2. Blend until a sticky dough-like consistency forms.

Step 3: Mix & Shape the Laddoos

1. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl.

2. Add chia seeds, cardamom powder, and shredded coconut.

3. Pour in the coconut oil and mix well until everything combines.

4. Take small portions and roll them into round laddoos.

Step 4: Let It Set

1. Place the laddoos on a tray and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

2. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
