Ingredients:
- 2 mugs of vegan coconut yogurt or almond yogurt
- 1 ready mango, pureed
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar or any sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Saffron strands and chopped nuts to decorate
Method:
- Take the veggie lover yogurt in a bowl and whisk it until smooth.
- Include the mango puree, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend well until everything is well combined.
- Refrigerate the blend for at slightest an hour to permit the flavors to merge.
- Serve chilled, decorated with saffron strands and chopped nuts.
