How to Use

• Moringa capsules: 2 capsules a day after meals, increasing to 2 twice daily.
• Neem capsules: 1 capsule twice a day after meals.

• Aloe Moringa Gel: use daily as a light moisturiser.
• Seed oil: a few drops on cleansed skin at night, or blended into the face pack.
