Bisibelebath is an authentic recipe from Karnataka, a complete meal with rice, lentils and aromatic spices. While the recipe usually calls for rice, our mix adapts to your palate and lifestyle. Use flattened rice if you're looking for something light or millets for healthier carbs. Add your choice of grain & vegetables with iPaaka Bisibelebath mix to make it a more wholesome, satisfying home-cooked meal.

Ingredients:
Lentils (toor Dal 45%), Red Chilli, Jaggery, Chana Dal Urad Dal, Coriander, Cinnamon, Salt, Elaichi, Tamarind Hing, Curry Leaves And Coriander Leaves
Cooking Method:
For about 100g of iPaaka Bisibelebath Instant Mix, add 400ml water and let it boil on a medium flame. Now add 2 portions (enough for two) cooked rice and your choice of boiled vegetables (Carrot, French Beans, Potatoes, Green Peas, Onions etc) and let the mixture simmer for 5 mins.
Season with mustard, cashews, curry leaves using nil/ghee and serve hot. Add salt as needed.
Tip: You can substitute rice with flattened rice (poha), millets or even oats and make it a healthy wholesome meal
Recommended: Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Best served with Spicy Rings made out of iPaaka Spicy Rings Mix or with raita, potato chips or boondi.
