Dayara is a handcrafted textile artwork, 35 by 27 inches, built from layered fabric and hand-worked surface detail rather than paint on canvas. It takes its cue from the Gangotri ranges — wide skies, long horizons, and the particular quiet of high mountains. Supplied unframed so you can choose a moulding to suit the wall.

FAQs
Does it arrive ready to hang?
No. It is supplied unframed, so plan for framing before you hang it. A simple wooden or box frame keeps the focus on the textile surface.
What kind of frame suits it?
A plain light or mid-tone wood frame, ideally with a spacer or box depth so the layered fabric is not pressed flat against glass.
Can it be cleaned if it gets dusty?
Only dry dusting with a soft brush. Water and cleaning sprays will mark and stiffen the fabric.
Where does it work best?
Living rooms, studios and quiet corners where a large, low-contrast piece can be looked at slowly.
