Greenmeat Veg Stew is a ready-to-eat Kerala-style stew: plant-based protein pieces simmered with potato, carrot, onion, curry leaves and whole peppercorns in a coconut milk base finished with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. It is the mildest dish in the range, warm and aromatic rather than hot, and it goes straight from pouch to plate with appam or bread.
