Ingredients:

Lentils (toor Dal), Jaggery, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Urad Dal, Red Chillies, Chana Dal, Dry Coconut, Dehydrated Tomato, Onion, Turmeric, Tamarind, Cinnamon, Jeera, Hing, Curry Leaves And Coriander Leaves

Cooking Method:

• For 40g (3 thsps approx.) )of Paaka Idli Sambhar mix, add 400ml warm water and mix well. Close with a lid and bring it to boil. Continue to boil for 10 minutes on low flame.
  
• For tempering, splutter 1 tspn mustard seeds in oll. Add to the Sambhar and cover with a lid to seal in the aroma. Add salt as needed. Serves 2

Recommended:

Add freshly chopped tomatoes, small onions and coriander leaves while the sambar is boiling to enhance the taste. You can also add uny choice of vegetables that can be cooked in 10 mins to it.
