Soft Spot Plant-Based Mozzarella is a dairy-free block made to melt. FAQs
Does it really melt and stretch?
Yes — this is the melting block in the range. For a cheese sauce, grate it and add a splash of plant-based milk or water over low heat.
How long does it keep once opened?
Keep it refrigerated in an airtight container and use it within about 10 days for the best texture.
What if it gets frozen?
It can still be used in cooked dishes where the cheese melts, but freezing changes the texture, so it is no longer at its best eaten cold.
How is it different from the Soft Mozzarella?
This block is firmer and made for grating, stretching and baking. The Soft Mozzarella is creamier and meant to be torn or spooned over food fresh.
