- Take about 100g of iPaaka Spicy Dosa mix and add warm watar to maka battar without lumps (thick like regular dosa batter if you are planning to add vegetables) or watery like Naer dosa for plain dosas & set asida for 15 mins.
- Slice up any vegetable like Ridge Gourd, Onion, Cucumber, Capsicum etc. Dip in the batter and put it on the greased tava to form a dosa. Pour in extra batter to fill the gaps and roast it to crispness, You can also pour the watery batter & spread to make plain dosas
- This dosa takes a little longer to cook than the regular dosa. Once it is well roasted, turn it around to roast well on the other side too. 100g of iPaaka Spicy dosa makes 4-5 dosas
